          Embedding fonts

          To ensure that your presentation looks correct, we ask you to verify that the fonts are embedded in the presentation file. To do this, open the settings by clicking on PowerPoint in the menu and then selecting “Preferences.”

          Next, choose “Save” under “Output and Sharing.”

          Under the heading “Font Embedding,” you then check the box “Embed fonts in the file.”
          Then, simply save as usual!

          Once your presentation is ready, please also export it as a PDF. Both the PowerPoint presentation and the PDF can be uploaded through the form above!

          *If you are using Apple Keynote and do not have the option to embed fonts, you can also attach the custom font files separately.
